Manaslu Trek

Day 01 – Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport and warm welcome by our representative. Transfer to hotel and briefing about the Manaslu Trek with welcome dinner and cultural program. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 02 – Kathmandu Sightseeing

Half-day guided sightseeing tour including:

• Pashupatinath Temple
• Boudhanath Stupa
• Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple)

Explore Nepal’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage before returning to hotel.

Day 03 – Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710m)

Scenic 8–9 hour drive through hills, rivers, forests, and villages via Arughat to Soti Khola. Enjoy mountain views including Ganesh Himal and Manaslu region landscapes.

Day 04 – Soti Khola to Machha Khola (900m)

Trek through Sal forests, waterfalls, rocky trails, and Gurung villages alongside the Budhi Gandaki River. Trek duration: 6–7 hours.

Day 05 – Machha Khola to Jagat (1410m)

Trek through suspension bridges, stone staircases, forests, and river valleys before reaching the beautiful village of Jagat.

Day 06 – Jagat to Deng

Hike through grassy slopes, suspension bridges, and scenic Himalayan terrain with views of Shringi Himal. Overnight stay in Deng.

Day 07 – Deng to Namrung (2630m)

Trek through forests, mani walls, gompas, and traditional villages while enjoying Himalayan landscapes and local culture.

Day 08 – Namrung to Samagaon (3530m)

Scenic trek through Lihi, Sho, Lho, and Shyala villages with breathtaking views of Ganesh Himal, Himal Chuli, and Ngadi Chuli.

Day 09 – Acclimatization at Samagaon

Explore Pungyen Gompa and surrounding glacier views while acclimatizing. Discover local Sherpa culture and Buddhist heritage.

Day 10 – Samagaon to Samdo (3860m)

Easy scenic hike through juniper forests, mani walls, and river crossings before arriving at Samdo village.

Day 11 – Acclimatization Day in Samdo

Rest day with optional hikes to nearby valleys and Tibetan trade routes. Enjoy spectacular views of Manaslu, Hiunchuli, and surrounding peaks.

Day 12 – Samdo to Dharamsala (4450m)

Short trek through alpine landscapes, glaciers, and rhododendron forests to Larkya Base Camp area.

Day 13 – Larke Pass (5160m) to Bimthang

Cross the challenging Larke La Pass with stunning views of Manaslu, Cheo Himal, and Larke Peak before descending to Bimthang.

Day 14 – Bimthang to Tilije

Descend through alpine meadows, forests, rivers, and cultivated villages with amazing views of Manaslu and Annapurna II.

Day 15 – Tilije to Dharapani & Drive to Besisahar

Trek through farmland and villages before driving to Besisahar with scenic waterfall and valley views.

Day 16 – Drive to Kathmandu

Scenic drive following Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers back to Kathmandu. Enjoy farewell dinner celebrating successful completion of the trek.

Day 17 – Final Departure

Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight with unforgettable memories of the Manaslu adventure.
